Paula Assadourian

Paula is an artist and director born in the beautiful city of Cuernavaca, Mexico. She has over a decade of storytelling experience at Pixar, Dreamworks and Sony Pictures Animation, and now is stepping up as an independent director to her short film Breath. Her diverse background, sense of humor and deep spiritual thinking inform her unique storytelling sensitivity.

Paula is a CalArts graduate and has studied abroad in Gobelins in Paris, New York and Vancouver. She currently resides in Northern California, where she likes to look up at trees, practice Tai Chi, and bridge her love for meditation with art.
